Without good health, all the money in the world won’t make you feel wealthy. That’s true. Although wealth can buy health. That kind of health usually doesn’t last long.
Plenty of wealthy people don’t feel happy because they are not healthy. On the flip side, being healthy without money isn’t good either. In my opinion, they have to be of equal importance to each other.
If you are reading this post, I am going to assume your wealth is somewhat dealt with already. That leaves health to be addressed. What are you doing to be healthy both physically and mentally? As for me, to stay mentally and physically fit, I do martial arts, yoga, meditation and EFT tapping. What about you?
Previously, we’ve already established that our 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜. When we don’t 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 like doing something, it’s unlikely we’ll do it – unless we have no other choice. This is why it’s very important to give the highest priority to our health.
Things to do to improve emotional health and wealth
Maintaining good mental and physical health doesn’t have to involve spending money. Here are some suggestions:
- Go for a brisk walk or a run.
- Utilize free exercising videos available on YouTube 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆.
- Utilize free yoga or exercise classes from local community centres (available in some regions).
- Meditate or/and do breathing exercises.
- Read motivational books borrowed from friends or the public library.
- Have an open-heart chat with friends and family members.
