If your goal is to be slimmer. Forget about losing 20 lbs. Whenever possible, think about the simple things you can do, such as:
- Replace potatoes with butternut squash
- Replace a banana with a grapefruit, which will cut down calories and sugar intake by half.
- Instead of dragging yourself to the gym, while watching tv, do 10 push-ups, 10 lunges, 10 crunches, and hold the plank for 30-60 seconds. That’s less than 5 minutes.
- Increase the quantity over time and voila your healthy habit infrastructure.
