4 sessions spreading over 2 weeks to 1 (one) month

An acute emotional issue is triggering a great amount of stress and anxiety, causing you to feel burdened and pressurized. You have started losing sleep.

This package is intended to help you put out the fire, clear the negative emotions and regain control of your emotional well-being.

Each session is 1 hour long.

The spacing between the 4 sessions is flexible, however, the 4th session ought to be booked within 30 days after the 1st session.

After the 4th session, you will walk away feeling relieved and in control again, with one less issue in your life. For example, if your emotional eating is getting you to eat a whole container of ice cream every night, by the end of the 4th session, you will know the root cause of your emotional eating and what to do to interrupt the pattern.
